  • Getting started is simple. Reach out via the contact page or book a private session directly online. I typically respond within 24 hours and we can find a time and location that works for you.

  • Right now I offer fully mobile sessions — I come to you from Baléal to the Obidos Lagoon. A dedicated Reformer studio is coming soon. Join the waitlist to be the first to know.

  •  Neither. I bring everything needed for mat and functional Pilates work, and I adapt every session to your level , whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced mover.

  • I work across the full Silver Coast — Praia d'El Rey, West Cliffs, Bom Sucesso, Vau, Óbidos, Peniche, Baleal, and Ferrel. If you are unsure whether I cover your area, just get in touch.
