Hi, I’m Narjess

My journey with Pilates began with contemporary practice for several years, until I discovered classical Pilates… and that’s when everything changed. There was no going back.

I trained and became certified in a classical studio in California, and since then, I’ve been truly passionate about this method. What I love about classical Pilates is its holistic approach: it’s not just about moving, but about understanding and inhabiting your body. You build deep strength, improve flexibility, and most importantly, develop a real mind-body connection.

But I don’t stop there. I also love the energy and dynamism of modern fitness. That’s why I chose to further train in Pilates Sculpt, to bring an additional dimension to my practice. My approach brings together the best of both worlds: the precision, posture, and control of classical Pilates, combined with more intense movements for that little “burn” that makes all the difference.

Outside of fitness, I love traveling, spending as much time as possible in nature, wine, and small dogs (if you have one, we’ll get along just fine).

Today, I’m based in Praia d’El Rey, Portugal, offering sessions both in person and online.

I work in both English and French

If you’re looking for a practice that’s engaging, accessible, and respectful of your body, then welcome to my world.

See you on the mat? xoxo

My Approach

My approach is centered around a balance between challenge and mindfulness. I place great importance on the quality of movement over quantity, taking the time to build strong foundations: breath, alignment, and control. Each session is designed to adapt to your body, your level, and your energy on the day. I like to guide with precision while also leaving space for you to develop your own body awareness. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and more confident in your abilities, with that extra little challenge that keeps you progressing session after session.
